It is our pleasure to introduce the RPA tool (Remote Production Assistance) to easily get in touch with G.D for technical assistance.

If you already have credentials to access, please click https://rpaportal.gidi.it/ and insert your username and password to start receiving assistance from G.D.

If you do not have access yet, please write an email to customerservice@gidi.it providing the serial numbers of your G.D lines, to get your credentials and access to the web app.
