倫理規定

当社の企業アプローチは、企業としての成功のために必要な要素に倫理規定を置いています。倫理規定は、社会関係の振興を図るため、企業の責任において中心的な役割を果たしています。Coesia では、日々社会的責任を果たすべく活動し、地域社会の改善に貢献できるよう努力しています。当社が採用した倫理規定は、当社従業員全員に責任感について喚起、奨励する目的があり、誠実に業務を遂行するための方向性を示しています。当社の倫理規定は、グループレベルおよび株主との関係における企業としての責任に対し、構造的かつ一貫性のあるアプローチを共有、促進する目的があります。詳細につきましては、倫理規定をお読みください。

Whistleblowing

Coesia extends the possibility of reporting to all individuals who, in the context of their work-related activities, become aware of a possible violation of:

  • the Group Code of Ethics;
  • the Directive (UE) 2019/1937 relating to the protection of individuals who report breaches of Union law and its national transpositions (for companies based in the countries of the European Union) and of the Management and Control Model (for Italian companies);
  • Coesia’s Policies;
  • National and International legislations and regulations.

汚職防止および指令 231/2001

当社は、誠実であること、公正な競争を行うことに留意し、業務を行っている国の現行の法律および規則に慎重に従っています。
汚職を積極的に防止するため、グループでは日々の業務に適用する具体的な指針として、汚職防止ガイドラインを作成しました。その内容は、あらゆる商業関係において高い水準を確保し、当社の株主に利益をもたらす目的で定義されました。
当社のイタリア国内での業務では、組織モデルは指令 231/2001 「企業および団体の行政責任」を遵守しています。

サプライヤー向け倫理規定

グループ企業の責任は、サプライヤーの選択、および契約並びにそれに関する協定の管理方法にも影響します。パートナーシップの論理に関し、当社の価値およびいくつかの行動基準に基づき、共同設計とイノベーションの推進に向け、サプライヤー企業との協力関係を築くためのガイドラインを作成しました。
