Remote Production Assistance (RPA) tool

In addition to our branches, G.D offers the Remote Production Assistance (RPA) tool, providing on-demand technical support via a secure remote-access line. RPA enables real-time machine diagnosis and troubleshooting, remote software updates and backups and focused training for client technicians.
