In class and onsite G.D ensures technical training to operators and maintenance teams, aiming to optimize the "operator-machine-process" integration by analysing the three elements and how they individually work and interact.
A complete library of technical documents allows the correct operation of equipment.


Technical training is an integral part of G.D's service strategy designed to enable the customer to reach full operational autonomy. G.D transfers its expertise to the customer to guarantee top machine productivity. G.D dedicates the same care and attention spent on its own technical staff to Customer Technical Training. Set-up, maintenance and all the mechanical and electronic operations required for correct machine functioning are handled independently by the customer's own technicians, who have been trained at the G.D Training Centre.

Technical coaching

Following the intallation process, G.D technical team will guide customer operators into the last phase of the training making him as confident as possible with the machine operations


The machine is supplied with customized documentation, in part given to the customer during training and in part at machine delivery.
All hard-copy manuals are available in digital form. In addition, dedicated and multimedia programs for consulting the spare parts catalog and electrical diagrams are also available.
The manuals are written in the customer’s native language, when possible.
