G.D provides a comprehensive after sales service program thanks to its local branch network. An excellent example is the machine reconditioning program. The level of machine reconditioning varies according to machine production hours, maintenance practices and customer-requested improvements. Reconditioning can range from a less intrusive machine care program or a machine refurbishment, up to a complete overhaul or machine rebuild.

There is a number of G.D facilities that provide machines with different types of reconditioning:
in Europe - G.D Bologna and G.D Germany, in South America, G.D Do Brasil, in North America, G.D USA, in Asia G.D Indonesia (Surabaya) and in Japan G.D Japan.
Each of these facilities is equipped to provide efficient machine reconditioning including a machine shop, paint shop, parts storage and assembly area. The reconditioned machines installed in all parts of the world are supported by G.D's worldwide branch network (just as for new G.D machines)

A reconditioning program requires:

	Highly specialized personnel

	Knowledge of the evolution of the machine model so as to determine which upgrades are needed
	Jig for correct installation and timing of machine groups
