The C800 BV-F is a single-track packet overwrapper line. This line is composed of the C800 Cellowrapper and the BV-F Parceller.

The BV-F has compared to the BV model, a carton exit which is in sync with the machine's operating cycle. This in-phase machine function is available for both versions of the C800 BV line, at 600 ppm and at 800 ppm.

The Hot Melt glue used in the paper parcel production is applied upstream from the unwinding section and is then "re-activated" during the actual wrap-sealing phase. This has the advantage that the time to change over from cardboard carton production to paper parcel production and vice versa is reduced to 15 minutes.
