For an overall quality control G.D developed a device analyzing the visual appearance of the cigarettes.

The CQI checks physical parameters such as diameter, length, print color intensity, print positioning, weight, dense-end, humidity profiling, firmness, ventilation and pressure-drop.

The CQI  is fitted in the production line and facilitates a complete laboratory analysis on visual and physical features of the cigarettes.
