The newly developed G.D High-Speed "Snus" machine was installed and put into full operation at one of the leading international company premises, running at 1,000 pouches per minute, and with an efficiency of over 93%, providing excellent performance results in terms of output and quality of the products.

The first part of the Snus line is the Snus Maker for the production of the tobacco pouches. These pouches can be produced in various shapes and weights and with varying degree of humidity content. Downstream from the Snus Maker, there is a high speed Can Assembler which inserts the pouches into cans of different types and shapes and also other additional equipment can be included in the line in order to fill customer requests regarding technical and layout specifications.
