As part of the acceptance protocol for an innovative hinge-lid packet production at British American Tobacco in Bayreuth, Germany, the 20,000 cigarettes per minute G.D make-pack line, composed of 121P-H1000-W1000-BV, complete with MCP case packer, set a new single-shift production record of 8.250.000 cigarettes.

This prestigious achievement, established on 19 July 2011, is particularly significant as it was the result of weeks of excellent levels of performance meeting with the BAT high production standards and provides proof of the capabilities of the high-speed line in guaranteeing both efficiency and quality, also when producing with different product solutions.

The reciprocal trust and concrete collaboration between G.D and British American Tobacco will permit both companies to aim for even higher achievements, always earmarked by excellence.
