On May 22nd, 2006, G.D do Brasil celebrated its 25th anniversary with an important event involving all the workforce, made up of over 200 employees, and with the participation of Luiz Marinho, Brazilian Minister of Labour, Carlos Wagner, Director of Souza Cruz, B.A.T, Brazil, Coesia President, Isabella Seràgnoli and its CEO, Marco Casiraghi.
G.D do Brasil is not only G.D's branch for South America, but it also produces small machines and parts for other companies of Coesia Group, particularly in the confectionery and personal hygiene products sectors. By forming a partnership with EMBRAER-ELEB, G.D do Brasil also produces parts for the aircraft construction industry.
